"Unfortunately, my experience with the Big driving school was not satisfactory. I was attracted by the promotion for 5 hours, but I was not aware that the "instructor" was still in training and had already failed the first test. He promised to sign me up for the exam after the 5 lessons, even though I hadn't planned to. He hardly noticed any mistakes I made or prepared me for the test, even though I had already had another driving instructor before. I decided to follow his advice, which turned out to be a big mistake. There were many misunderstandings and hardly any compromises. He behaved unprofessionally from start to finish. When I asked him to register me, he was sick and told me to do it myself, although according to MFP's guidelines this was not possible as I would be dependent on his car. His reputation was already known at MFP. Unfortunately, I failed the first exam attempt and he only wanted to give me one week until the next attempt. This time I insisted on not taking the exam again for another 6 weeks to prepare myself better. During this time, he had his federal exam and couldn't practise with me, which turned out to be a stroke of luck. I found a better and more competent instructor, Mr. Matthias Hoffer from the Ja-Jo driving school, who prepared me excellently and pointed out all my mistakes. The new test date was set, and when we were at the MFP and the traffic expert came to see us, the driving instructor (he had passed his test in the meantime) from Big Fahrschule AG demanded that his name be removed from my registration, as he had had nothing to do with my training. He had only registered me because of his car, the keys to which he only gave me 5 minutes before the test after my mother had sent him the money via Twint. Luckily she was there because he hadn't told me in advance and I wasn't solvent at the time. He was convinced I wouldn't pass. I passed the test on my second attempt, thanks to Mr. Matthias Hoffer from Ja-Jo driving school."
