    "Was with Mersa and can only praise in the highest tones! She always gave clear, understandable instructions and was always patient and friendly. Her cool and relaxed manner helps with any nervousness, she is also very flexible. Unfortunately, I can't think of any constructive criticism, so to sum up: top professionally and personally, keep it up!"
